The Experience Recommender
This key feature brings along a central product innovation. The Recommender makes it possible to dynamically provide personalised recommendations to all areas of a website in order to offer a fully customised shopping experience. It’s about the entire experience across the website – the most suitable personalisation is played out at the right place at the right moment to the interested customer.
The most relevant offers for each customer are automatically selected from a catalog of the most diverse content, products and interactions and intuitively displayed at the most suitable points on the website.
Cross- and upselling module
In addition, to the already established individual product recommendations, targeted product upgrades and additional services can now be marketed using the newly developed cross and up-sell modules. It is also possible to create a particularly relevant shopping experience with individual image and text content.
