As part of a strategy to enhance its website performance, easyJet Holidays briefed Frankfurt-based AI data specialist bd4travel to trial its personalisation technology. The platform enables EasyJet Holidays’ digital team to better understand customers during the online search and booking journey and provide the most relevant and engaging holiday recommendations. 

The results of the successful pilot included significantly uplifted booking revenue.
