We’re just back from the Travel Technology Europe show in London on February 24th and 25th, and the show was very good for us. We made some fantastic connections on the grounds, and received very positive feedback and interest from many, many visitors from across the industry.
bd4travel is the kind of product you need to see – people want to try it when they see it, so being face-to-face with such qualified and interested people was really valuable. Our booth was well worth the investment as we were able to welcome hundreds of people, demo the product to them personally and show how travel companies can use artificial intelligence algorithms to improve the customer journey.
I also had the chance to support a couple of the panel sessions highlighting how intelligent personalization is key to getting online travel retail to the next level and to do a master class on how travel companies are using algorithms!
And to win the award on top of that was pleasing. The recognition is a wonderful message to all the team working hard to deliver these excellent products. I always enjoy presenting the genius of what they are doing and I am delighted that bd4travel’s work was recognised at such a reputable event.
